Hanna Downgraded to Tropical Storm

Much to the dismay of Democrats everywhere (including a few locals), Hanna has been decimated by a vicious wind shear that destroyed any chance of the storm reaching Category 3 as previously forecast. Instead, the worst it can become is a Category 1 before impacting the Eastern Seaboard somewhere in South Carolina or North Carolina.

There are also Ike and Josephine in the Atlantic, but they won't be hitting land for several days, so I won't include them at this time.
