Statistical Ignoramuses and Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming

In modern scientific studies, it is important that competent statisticians have input into the data analysis phase. In climate science, many researchers seem to have forgotten that basic step. As a result, much of what most journalists and members of the public believe has been "proven" about climate change, is simply wrong.

I still think the Primary Goal of the Leftists pushing for lower emissions is the destruction of our economy so they can inflict us with another attempt at socialism.

    Non-Socialist Leftist here,

    I'm for lower emissions because too many kids are stricken with asthma in our mountains.

    I'm for lower emissions because you shouldn't crap where you eat.

    I'm for lower emissions because, on the off chance that 90% of climate scientists are correct, I'd like to hedge my bets on the whole Climate Change thing.

    I'm for lower emissions because the world smells better without them.

    I'm for lower emissions because new technologies are the future of our technology, and environment concepts are going to maintain a stronger economy than will the old-fashioned dirty technologies of the last century.

    That is all.
