GENERAL OUTLOOK
High pressure will drift away tonight as a cold front approaches from the northwest. The cold front will cross the area today with a few showers possible along the Tennessee border and across the Upstate. Behind the front, cooler weather can be expected for Sunday and early next week. The high moves off the East Coast by mid next week with a warming trend returning.
