GENERAL OUTLOOK

Dry high pressure is expected to last through Wednesday. Clouds and precipitation arriving late Wednesday night will make for a very damp and chilly Thursday. Dry weather and milder, more seasonable temperatures return Friday through the weekend.

.TODAY...Mostly sunny. Highs in the mid 50s. Winds out of the northwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph in the morning decreasing and shifting to come out of the north around 5 mph in the afternoon.
 .TONIGHT...Mostly clear. Lows in the lower 30s. Winds out of the east 5 to 10 mph.
 .WEDNESDAY...Mostly sunny. Highs in the upper 40s. Winds out of the southeast 5 to 10 mph.
 .WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Cloudy. Rain showers likely after midnight. Lows in the mid 30s. Winds out of the southeast 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 60 percent.
 .THURSDAY...Rain showers likely. Highs in the mid 40s. Chance of rain 70 percent.
 .THURSDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy with a 50 percent chance of showers. Near steady temperatures in the lower 40s.

Hazardous weather is not expected today or tonight.
Showers and isolated rumbles of thunder will be possible Wednesday night into Thursday. Brief periods of moderate to heavy rainfall will also be possible.
