A dry cold front will cross the region this evening with little fanfare, before high pressure returns to the area Monday. Potentially active weather will not return until Saturday night, when slightly better moisture ahead of a cold front may allow for light rain in the mountains.

COVID-19 Numbers for Macon County: [November 15, 2021]

The Christmas season in Franklin was kicked off last night in downtown Franklin with the first night of Winter Wonderland. Here is a the annual Christmas Tree Lighting. The live stream of the entire event cannot be embedded anywhere else due to the copyrighted material that was performed, so places follow the link to see the event. Due to the Chriastmas parade taking place today, a video of the candlelight service won't be published until Monday or Tuesday. There are multiple dropouts in the live video due to the number of people attempting to livestream the event on carious social media platforms.
