GENERAL OUTLOOK

Daily chances of mainly afternoon and early evening showers and thunderstorms will increase steadily in coverage each day through Friday ahead of a cold front. Above normal temperatures will continue ahead of the front through the workweek before drier and cooler weather returns behind the front this weekend.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER

Isolated thunderstorms are possible day, Wednesday and Thursday. A strong storm or two could occur, but in generally severe weather is unlikely.

More widespread thunderstorm activity is possible Friday and a couple strong or severe storms can`t be ruled out.
