Franklin Town Council November 2019 Regular Meeting



The Franklin Town Council held its regular monthly meeting for November 2019 on Monday, November 4, 2019.

Due to time constraints (coverage of the 2019 Municipal Elections tonight), this article is a stub and more information will be added in the future. Until then, here is the full video of the meeting. I (Bobby) apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
