Here is what I'm finding on the Internet:
This week's Prophecy Today weekend podcast is ready for download, the Prophetic Perspective for today focuses on John 17:24.
Barney, the First Dog, bites! Yay! Good dog!!! Perhaps you should have managed John McCain's Presidential Campaign...although I think that Barney should be worried about catching something evil from the reporter.
Carl from Chicago muses on the differences between closed loop and open loop information cycles, and why Wikipedia will win the information content war with Encyclopedia Britannica on Chicago Boyz. I can't help but draw a parallel between the way the Obama Campaign was run and the closed nature of the McCain Campaign. It was very hard to participate in the Mccain Campaign, and I had people knocking on my door and calling my phone asking me to assist with the Obama Campaign...I never heard a peep from the McCain Campaign...even when asking for Media Credentials for the Palin Rally. When I did the same for the Obama Rally, someone personally delivered the Credentials the very same day I inquired about the Obama Rally in Asheville.
Dougals Gibbs offers some commentary on the political scapegoating of Sarah Palin on Political Pistachio. I am never impressed with anonymous complainers...who start off with two strikes against them for being anonymous cowards. They know their stock in the conservative movement wouldn't be worth spit if they came forward publicly. They should realize it is already pretty low for being trusted by John McCain.
You Decide 2008 reports on that transition advisers to President-elect Barack Obama have compiled a list of about 200 Bush administration actions and executive orders that could be swiftly undone to reverse White House policies on climate change, stem cell research, reproductive rights and other issues, according to congressional Democrats, campaign aides and experts working with the transition team….
Robert Novak reports on the growing consideration of Newt Gingrich in 2012, especially after the McCain Campaign that did not take the gloves off until they had already lost the election. Gingrich is respected for his willingness to take on the opposition...hence their frothy-mouthed hatred of him. I have been a fan of Newt's for a long time, and would consider him to be on my top three list. Only his "green initiatives" keep him from being number one right now. Newt could pull off a win if there weren't so many cowardly, spineless Republicans who are afraid to take the fight to the political opposition.
Gateway Pundit notes that Amir Fakhravar,an Iranian activist, is speaking out against Obama's plan to hold talks with Iran. Maybe Obama will be stupid enough to come back waving a piece of paper like Chamberlain did.
Baron Bodissey presents an impressive news feed for your consideration over a Gates of Vienna. I suggest you supplant your Sunday paper with his reading list.
Michelle Malkin has another report on the Obama-pimping teacher in North Carolina, who says, "I should not have said that." Why not? Nearly all the professors I know at WCU are the same way. If you want to know what I mean, just wear a McCain hat to their classes or offices if you wanna know how they really feel. It is just yet another indication of the fascist nature of the left. They are unwilling to tolerate someone with a differing political viewpoint.
Papa Mike notes that Planned Parenthood has forced abortions on their Christmas wish-list, and hope that Santa Obama will deliver for them.
Several letter writers inform Survivalblog that High-Capacity magazines and certain types of ammo are hard to find due to the "Obama Rush" on the market supply. I have to admit to participating in that rush myself. [The exact nature of my purchase is being with held due to potential legal concerns of an Obama-run BATFE concerned with taking my means of self-defense.]
The American Thinker has a couple of articles I think you should read, the first about the mysterious death of a Ron Paul Supporter and anti-Illegal Immigration Advocate in Austin, Texas in a Hit-and-Run accident. The article is entitled "Hit and Run: Death in a Sanctuary City".
The other article asks, "What do the election results mean to conservatives?".
Rich Lowry, writing in The Corner, relays a conversation he had with Steve Biegun on the anonymous sniper attacks on Sarah Palin. He goes on the record with his comments defending Palin...unlike the anonymous cowards who "twisted her words and took them out of context". I have a solution...do not trust anyone from the McCain Campaign if they fail to defend Sarah Palin.
The Debka File notes that Syria is moving tanks and artillery to the Israeli border.
Doug Ross has a hilarious article (complete with doctored photo) on how a poo-filled diaper may pin John Edwards as the father of the Riell Hunter's bastard-child.
Karen McMahan, writing in The Carolina Journal, reports that US House Democrats are discussing having hearings on confiscating private retirement accounts. Atlas Shrugs also has plenty to say about it. Well, they'll have to strike before January if they want mine, because I am converting mine into a trust so that they can't seize it, and I'll just have to live off the interest.
In another article, Atlas notes that Obama is already planning to abandon our ally Poland.
Wild Thing, on Theodore's World, looks at Obama's new website.
Homeland Security Terror Alert relays an Intel warning of an al_Qaeda mass casualty attack planned for the UK, and reports that a new Osama video will address President-elect Obama.
Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch reports on the thousands of jihadists living in the UK.
The Milcom Monitoring Post relays a report that the USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74) strike group has sucsessfully completed the COMPTUEX off the coast of California, and in other naval news, the USS Freedom (LCS-1) has been commissioned. Now that Obama is President, I am guessing this new class of Littoral Combat Ships will be cancelled.
John Ham is critical of the WaPo's "warm bucket of spit" and I whole-heartedly agree. For two years...the Legacy Media refused to report on Obama's past...while at the same time reporting on the bowel movements of Joe the Plumber just because he asked a simple question. Bah! A pox on the WaPo and all those who refused to do their job as journalists.
Gina Trapani (Life Hacker) gives us the low-down on Windows 7, expected to be released in mid-2009. That's good, because Windows Vista was an EPIC FAIL.
Wordsmith Leslee Kulba (Wild West) asks when the Asheville City Council will stop fighting ugly buildings and start to fight crime that is rampant in Asheville? Don't hold your breath, Leslee, because it would hurt the fake tourist-friendly image of Asheville as a friendly mountain metropolis, and harmless freak capital of the south.
Chad Nesbitt (Carolina Stompers) links to an article at WND titled The Year the Media Died, and has a photo of the front office of the local lefty rag, The Asheville Citizen-Times to hammer the point home for us. I get it, Chad. The AC-T died for me the the day I called to ask why they weren't covering the Jim Black Scandal in Raleigh...and I was cursed by the person who answered the phone before they hung up on me. The person said it would be a G-D waste of their time to cover news in Raliegh. They will be forever known to me as the Asheville Waste of Time.
And, I'll end this blogburst with a look at the local lefties...
Arratik is still in Hotlanta (Yes, I said it), and snapping illicit photos, and AshVegas has a tiny portion of the Oasis Shriner Parade on video, Errington Thompson has a news roundup of his own.
That's all I have. What are you reading?

I have been blogging with some ARABS in Jordan and the Middle East, they think the United States just shot themselves in the foot, they are planning many attacks against the USA, the Muslims have all said we have proven to be the fools they always insisted we are! So many of the people I talk to are foreign exchange students and part of sleeper cells in the USA, remember those? THEY love Obama because he is so naive!
Great….nice future for my children…//
"I am never impressed with anonymous complainers...who start off with two strikes against them for being anonymous cowards. They know their stock in the conservative movement wouldn't be worth spit if they came forward publicly."
For someone who complains a lot, always anonymously, I wonder what makes you different from them, TP.
