HB 2286 Domestic terrorism; classification
13-2320. Domestic terrorism; classification
A. AN INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS COMMITS DOMESTIC TERRORISM IF THE INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH A LOCAL, STATE OR FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT ENTITY AND ASSOCIATE WITH ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS AS AN ORGANIZATION, GROUP, CORPORATION OR COMPANY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PATROLLING TO DETECT ALLEGED ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR TO INDIVIDUALLY PATROL FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETECTING ALLEGED ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AND IF THE INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS IS ARMED WITH A FIREARM OR OTHER WEAPON.
B. ANY CITY, TOWN OR COUNTY THAT SUFFERS INJURY ARISING OUT OF A VIOLATION OF THIS SECTION MAY MAINTAIN AN ACTION IN SUPERIOR COURT FOR THE RECOVERY OF DAMAGES OR FOR AN INJUNCTION, OR BOTH. THE COURT MAY AWARD THE SUCCESSFUL PARTY REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES.
C. IF THE COURT SENTENCES THE DEFENDANT TO A TERM OF PROBATION, THE COURT SHALL ORDER THAT AS AN INITIAL CONDITION OF PROBATION THE DEFENDANT BE IMPRISONED IN THE COUNTY JAIL FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN SIX MONTHS. THIS JAIL TERM OF INCARCERATION SHALL NOT BE DEFERRED, DELETED OR OTHERWISE SUSPENDED AND SHALL COMMENCE ON THE DATE OF SENTENCING. THIS SUBSECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE SENTENCED TO SERVE A PERIOD OF INCARCERATION IN THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.
D. A VIOLATION OF THIS SECTION IS A CLASS 5 FELONY

The vigilante minutemen harbor neo-nazis and other racists in their ranks.
Better law enforcement is miles better than some kind of macho gunslinging vigilante justice.
And when the scum are located (identified), they are booted out of the organization.
What really needs to be done is overthrowing the Mexican government. To that end, I've been distributing Spanish copies of the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution, telling Mexicans that this sort of thing is achievable in Mexico.
I have recently watched Thomas P.M. Barnett's Slide Show Presentation of "The Pentagon's New Map," and I was quite impressed.
His take on the situation was that the world could be divided into two basic camps, the Core and the Non-Integrating Gap. One of the exports of the Gap is People, and one of our exports to them is Security.
The thing is about an hour and a half from start to finish, and I'm making my way through the book now. Kinda hard to do a half an hour or so at a time.;^)
I've been invited down to the border next fall, and I hope to be able to convince the developer I work for to lemme go for a couple of weeks, since he has never gotten around to letting me have a winter off for the past three years.
Anyhow, from what I gather, the bill is not likely to pass, so we'll see if it does or not.

Otherwise, I see no evidence that anything close to a majority is even trying to oppose your people's invasion.
All I can say is if you try to "take" our land, you better keep plenty of weapons on hand, and stay in the cities, as some of us are quite adept at setting up ambushes...something we learned as volunteers fighting the Sandinistas.
It's all just one big war to you, TP. There's World War Eight or whatever, and there's the "invasion" of the people who want a better life in America. There's war against crack rocks, and the neverending war against liberals.
Are you a violent person by nature, or did something happen to you along the way?
What do you suppose Mexico would do if multitudes of us just decamped from here, and went there?
I'll tell you what. They'd put us in prison camps, if they didn't just out and out shoot us first. That is what they do to the thousands of "migrants" from mostly Belize and Honduras. Mexican soldiers rape, rob and kill those who resist.
What if you had people crossing your property (assuming you don't live in an apartment) during the night, taking anything not locked up, and taking food from your garden? And these people numbered in the hundreds each week?
Don't you even consider denying that is an invasion.
As to the war against crack, have you ever seen someone on crack? Have you ever seen someone suffer withdrawal? Have you seen houses or businesses broken into by these people? Have you seen an old lady who tried to fight back against one of these drug abusers? Have you ever tried to start an I.V. on that old woman's ropy veins as she lay there, sobbing with pain from a dislocated shoulder?
Dammit Screwy, this is a war, and we are losing!
It is Liberals like you who allow this to go on, as you make snide remarks about people who are doing something.

Most people who know me would say not.
The person who pointed a .357 in my face as he tried to rob my cash register would say yes.
The dumptruck driver who tried to beat up one of my illegal alien co-workers would say yes.
I have learned that when violence is the answer, only overwhelming violence will do. Violence is seldom the answer, but some people sure seem to insist on it, time and again.
Carter invited violence by his response to the hostage crisis.
Reagan invited violence when he pulled out of Beirut.
Bush 41 invited violence when he followed the UN Mandate, and stopped short of Baghdad.
Clinton invited violence when he withdrew from Mogadishu.
Bush 43 invites violence by allowing Iran to get away with supplying Revolutionary Guards to the insurgents, and the EFP', or Explosively Formed Projectiles that they supply out of military stocks to the insurgents.
And what is the objective of war, any war? Whether it is an internal struggle, or negotiating a contract, or sweeping a neighborhood for drug dealers?
The objective of war is complete and total victory, which is sometimes achieved without the other side even knowing what you did to them.
