Outlook

A broad area of dry Canadian high pressure will build into our region through the middle of the week, bringing temperatures will be well below normal in the same time period before recovering toward the end of the week. Expect a rather vigorous cold front to approach from the west next weekend.

Freezing temperatures will likely freeze moisture on area roadways causing ice patches to form. Please exercise caution on your way to work this morning.

higher elevations Tuesday night into Wednesday, behind a second cold
front. The combination of gusty winds and unseasonably cold air will
