NEWS BRIEF

Memorial Fund in Memory of Paramedic Raynes Meyers

A memorial fund in memory of Paramedic Raynes Meyers is in the process of being established.

The idea is to raise money with different fundraisers and donate or provide small scholarships to assist and support Paramedic students in our area by helping with tuition, books, or supplies and by providing financial assistance to various animal shelters and hospitals. We would also like to serve as an advocate for mental health and suicide prevention to provide information and contacts for someone who may experience a crisis.

Learn more on Facebook [LINK] or ask a paramedic for more information.

If you have thoughts of suicide you can also text the national crisis text line by texting HOME to 741741 or call the national suicide prevention lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.
