Special Olympics Event in Macon County

Here are some photos I took during the first part of the NC Special Olympics event held in Macon County earlier today. I was intending to stop by for a few minutes to get a few shots of the opening ceremony and ended up staying for a couple of hours.

Next year, I intend to do better and cover the entire event.
