Conley Convicted and Sentenced by Macon County Superior Court



Adam Conley, arrested at South Macon School in June 2015, was found guilty and sentenced in a Macon County Superior Court. The Honorable Robert T. Sumner presided over the trial and sentencing.

According to court records (Macon Media was not able to cover this trial) Adam Conley, was sentenced in case 15CRS050703-51 "Attempted First Degree Murder" a Class B2 Felony for a period of 170 to 216 months in the North Carolina Department of Corrections.

In 15CRS050703-53 through 55 "Gun on Educational Property" a Class I Felony, Conley was sentenced to 6-17 months to begin upon completion of the attempted murder sentence.

In 15CRS050703-56 & 57 "Gun on Educational Property" a class I Felony, he was sentenced to 6-17 months. That sentence was suspended and Conley is to serve 24 months probation upon release from the Department of Corrections for 15CRS050703-53 through 55.

He was given credit for 809 days confinement prior to his conviction in the above cases.

**UPDATE** The Judge dismissed all charges against Conley's co-defendant.
