For the North Atlantic...The Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Ophelia, located over the eastern Atlantic Ocean about 800 miles west-southwest of the Azores.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
