Stay safe down there! It looks weak right now but the water is pretty warm off the Carolina coasts right now isn't it?

All I'm worried about is the rain up here in the mountains, which we need, not just in a sort period of time.
Plus, I am involved with helping to finish up a subdivision and put it on the market, and there are significant drainage problems.
