Summer Woodard, the Town Manager, presented a request to lower the speed limit on Belle View park Road from 35 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour. The town manager advised the board that the NCDOT is in charge of the speed limit on that road and, if approved, the Town of Franklin could forward the request to the NCDOT with the police chief's recommendation. No vote was required.
