Outlook

Cool and dry high pressure will build across the area through Saturday. Wet weather will gradually return to the region Sunday through Monday, with the next cold front likely crossing the area from the west by early Wednesday.

Candidate Forum Held at Library

The Macon County News and Shopping Guide and WFSC-AM/WNCC-FM hosted a Forum for County Commissioner Candidates and the Macon County public Libary last night. It was preceded by a Meet and Greet for candidates running for any office. Videos will be published over the next few days.


Public Safety Log

The public safety logs have not been updated in the last few days due to an attempt to catch up on processing video from recent meetings. Macon Media apologizes for this shortcoming.
