GENERAL OUTLOOK

A weak system brings precipitation chances this morning. Below normal high temperatures return briefly today before above normal temperatures return on Tuesday, lingering through the rest of the week. Dry weather returns the second half of Monday and remains in place through Thursday before a low pressure system brings rain chances Friday into Saturday.
