The Franklin Town Council will be meeting tonight away from the physical presence of the public and the press due to concerns about COVID-19, the disease caused by the SARS CoV2 Virus.
The news media will be at a remote location in the lobby of the town hall watching the meeting on a laptop. The public will be able to watch the meeting online.
