The CDC website [LINK] reports 1,857 people in North Carolina are infected and that the infections are widespread, the NCDHHS website [LINK] reports 1,857 cases, 184 hospitalized and 16 deaths in the state. The Johns Hopkins Dashboard [LINK] reports 2,041 people infected and 21 deaths.
