OUTLOOK
High pressure will build into the region today, then shift to our east on Sunday. A weak cold front will push in from the northwest by Sunday evening, stalling over the area Monday, before lifting back north as a warm front on Tuesday. A stronger cold front will cross the region on Wednesday.
BURN BAN
A ban on open burning in the 32 western counties of North Carolina is in effect until further notice. [LINK]

The CDC website [LINK] reports 2,093 people in North Carolina are infected and that the infections are widespread, the NCDHHS website [LINK] reports 2,093 cases, 259 hospitalized and 19 deaths in the state. The Johns Hopkins Dashboard [LINK] reports 2,336 people infected and 36 deaths.
