CROWD FUNDING
If you're of a mind, and can afford it, a dollar a month (or more) from enough people will make a huge difference in improving the quality of coverage of local meetings and events, as well as allowing remote weather stations and weather cams to be deployed throughout the county that you will be able to access online.
Currently, 20 people have pledged $99 a month. This is a tremendous help. Please visit www.patreon.com/MaconMedia for more information on how to contribute.
Businesses can underwrite this coverage by day sponsorships, surplus equipment donations, etc. Inquire at editor@maconmedia.com for more information.

TP,
I'm no conspiracy theorist, but I've taken the time to watch "Loose Change". This single eyewitness is in opposition with a number of others.
I'd recommend you take the time to watch "Loose Change". It will help you firm up your arguments should you ever be confronted by a better researched lunatic fringe.
I've seen it. Sheer lunacy.
I used to be a Firefighter, Firefighter Instructor, and a Physics enthusiast.
The best link for the non-scientist is here.
I had a long-running debate on an anon blog for six months with this one local guy, but had to quit when he would not acknowledge that a simple house fire can melt steel beams. This whole conspiracy phenomenon is very interesting to me.
I have been toying with the idea of putting out a video to counter "Loose Change," since I can't go on explaining things, or "debunking" theories on a person to person level.
Imagine the kind of video responses I'd get!!!
Good idea, TP. I'd watch it with friends.
