Know Your Ws: Wear, Wait, Wash Recuerda las Ms

During this pandemic, it is important that people practice pandemic hygiene in order to protect those in our community who are vulnerable. Our families, friends, co-workers, and healthcare workers are depending on us. Learn more about three simple things you can do to save lives.

Durante esta pandemia, es importante que las personas practiquen la higiene pandémica para proteger a las personas vulnerables de nuestra comunidad. Nuestras familias, amigos, compañeros de trabajo y trabajadores de la salud dependen de nosotros. Obtenga más información sobre tres cosas sencillas que puede hacer para salvar vidas.

The NC Department of Health and Human Services is asking people to remember these three things as we stay strong and continue to flatten the curve and slow the spread of COVID-19.

If you leave home, practice your Ws: Wear, Wait, Wash

Wear a cloth mask over your nose and mouth.
Wait 6 feet apart. Avoid close contact.
Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.
These actions can protect our families and neighbors as the state works to ease restrictions while the virus is still circulating.

All North Carolinians are encouraged to share this message in their businesses and through their organizations.

El Departamento de Salud y Servicios Sociales de Carolina del Norte pide a las personas que recuerden estas tres acciones para mantenernos fuertes, y seguir aplanando la curva y disminuyendo la velocidad de propagación de COVID-19.
