This event is billed as McCain Street USA Rally in Lebanon, Ohio and is scheduled to begin at 9 AM (although as 9.03 AM it hasn't yet) and will be webcast live on the McCain 2008 Channel on Ustream.

**UPDATE 11.33 AM** Here is an early report on the rally in Lebanon, Ohio:
LEBANON, Ohio -- Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain and his running mate Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin were welcomed by a huge crowd outside the Golden Lamb in Lebanon Tuesday morning.
Hundreds of people waited in line all night to take part in the “McCain Street USA” rally.
His runningmate, Gov. Sarah Palin addressed the crowd of supporters first saying, " This is overwhelming, thank you. This is what America is all about."
She also spoke about the importance of Ohio and town's like Lebanon to win the election. Gov. Palin said, "I've been told that 12 Presidents have come through Lebanon. How about we add another one...Senator John McCain."
Palin promised to work with McCain to put our country first.
Gov. Palin said, " There are some candidates who use change to promote their careers, and there are candidates like John McCain who use their careers to promote change. "
