We have had a month-long ordeal because of idiots in our state government , and an idiot running for governor, interfering in the action of the once free market, and because of idiots who panicked, and topped off everytime they saw a gas station with fuel.
Now, people aren't panicking (as much) and the market is relecting the drop of oil prices world-wide.
