    B.) Consideration of Ridgecrest Exxon petition.
  4. Approval of the February 7, 2011 minutes.

  6. Street closing request for 2011
    A.) Street closing requirements draft for festivals- Linda Schlott
    B.) The closing of Phillips, Iotla and Main Street for Pumpkin Feast- Linda Schlott

 Attorney Orville Coward is using the Town Board of Aldermen's words & policies against them in favor of the annexation


 Public Hearing: Voluntary Annexation petition for Ridgecrest Exxon. Franklin Aldermen vote 6-0 against.


 The Aldermen are on a five minute recess.

 Franklin Aldermen have closed Main Street for A Taste of Scotland and added Phillips st to list to be closed for Trail Days


 Aldermen passed 6-0 $60k appropriation of Rural Hope funds, Joint Project w Angel Medical Center


 Aldermen discussing concerns about the poor maintenance of Wayah St by the . All agree it is below standard


 Vice Mayor Verlin Curtis relayed that the wants to take the road to the bottom & completely rebuild it.


 The Franklin Town Board of Aldermen meeting is now adjourned. I'll work to get the video out as soon as possible
