Since C-SPAN has begun regular and reliable uploads of video of the sessions of both house of Congress, I will be embedding these videos daily until such time as they stop doing so and combining them with information gleaned from the Office of the Clerk.

The Senate will convene at 10:30 AM for a Pro Forma Session to prevent recess appointments by the President.
The US Senate convened at 10.30am and then adjourned to prevent the President from making recess appointments.
