Peter Brookes of the Heritage Foundation discusses the buildup of the Chinese Military and its implications for the US and the rest of the world. I think that is part of the reason that President Obama has gone to India and is offering military aid to them, it is a counter-weight to the Chinese. It is very gratifying to me to see Obama follow the Neoconservative line on this foreign policy issue.
