Agenda for the December 2023 Meeting of the Franklin Town Council



The Franklin Town Council will be meeting at 6pm on Monday, December 4th, in the lower level of the town hall. Due to it being the first meeting after a municipal election, the candidates who won will be sworn in and seated. Copies of the public agenda and the 70 page agenda packet have been added below in the interest of promoting transparency. A separate article will be posted for the live webcast.

High pressure will linger over the region leading to continued dry weather through tonight. Moisture will return from the west beginning early Friday, with off and on rain chances through the weekend as low pressure systems move across the Eastern states. Drier conditions will return early next week as high pressure builds into the region.
