GENERAL OUTLOOK
A deep low pressure system will move over the region today through tonight. As the low pressure moves away to the east this weekend, drying high pressure will spread back over the region on Sunday and persist through early next week. A cold front will impact the area middle of next week, increasing rain chances again.

Light snow accumulations are expected to have occured at elevations at or above 3500 feet ilast tonight. The best chance of accumulating snow is along ridgetop locations. Any accumulations could make for slippery road conditions by daybreak, with temperatures expected to be near the freezing mark in many high elevation spots.
Thursday through Tuesday The light snow will taper off Thursday morning, but could mix with light freezing rain or freezing drizzle before ending. Slippery road conditions could persist through mid morning.
