GENERAL OUTLOOK
Warm and dry high pressure will persist across the region through Wednesday. Moisture will gradually increase on Thursday ahead of a cold front approaching from the west. The most abundant moisture with the frontal passage will affect the area late Thursday through Thursday night. Cooler high pressure will build in behind the front Friday through much of the weekend. A reinforcing cold front, with limited moisture, will cross the region Sunday night, with dry high pressure returning early next week.

246th Birthday Message for the US Marine Corps
On November 10, 2021, U.S. Marines around the globe celebrate a 246-year legacy of battlefield prowess defined by courage, discipline, loyalty, perseverance, adaptability, leadership, and warfighting innovation. The annual birthday message delivered by the Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. David H. Berger, and the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Troy Black, acknowledges the generation of Marines who joined after the terrorist attacks of 9/11, who later served in Iraq and Afghanistan, and who now approach their retirement milestone. For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. Showers and thunderstorms associated with a powerful non-tropical low pressure system located more than 400 miles northeast of Bermuda have changed little in organization during the past several hours. Recent satellite-derived wind data indicate that hurricane-force winds are occurring south of the center. However, the low is still interacting with a frontal boundary, and the system has not yet acquired enough tropical cyclone characteristics to be considered a subtropical storm. Additional development is still possible during the next day or two, and a subtropical storm could form during this time. Thereafter, the system is forecast to move over colder water and be absorbed by a larger non-tropical low. Additional information on this system can be found in High Seas forecasts issued by the National Weather Service.
