OUTLOOK

An upper level ridge of high pressure will persist over the eastern United States over the next several days. This will result in well above normal temperatures through the week, possibly breaking records at some locations. The next frontal system will likely bring rain to most of the area Wednesday into Thursday. Warm weather will persist until a strong cold front reaches the area on Sunday.
