This is a truncated weather briefing.
GENERAL OUTLOOK
Dry and cool high pressure will buildin from the west today into Monday. A weak low pressure system tracking across the Gulf brings a chance of precipitation mainly across the southern zones on Tuesday. Brief dry conditions can be expected on Wednesday before a potent low pressure system tracks across the region Wednesday night into Friday. This system could bring the potential for wintry weather in the mountains, with lower confidence of wintry weather occurring east of the mountains. Very cold arctic air will usher into the region behind the departing low pressure system early Friday into Saturday.
