A cold front will approach the area today from the northwest, bringing a chance for showers and thunderstorms. The cold front will track across the forecast area tonight into Monday morning, allowing dry weather to return behind it for much of the week. High temperatures remain warm on Monday before a cooler, fall-like air mass develops the rest of the week.
