The Macon County Board of Commissioners met in a joint closed session with the Macon County Board of Health to discuss the selection of a new Health Director and to determine an offer of compensation to one of the applicants for the position. The open portion of the meeting lasted less than three minutes and the two boards met behind closed doors for half an hour before coming back into open session and adjourning.
The next regular meeting of the county commissioners is Tuesday, April 7th, at 6pm.
