General Outlook
A cold front crossing the mountains will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms to the area today, especially east of the mountains. Fall-like weather arrives behind the front late week into the weekend. Moisture returns Saturday night into Sunday as another cold front approaches and sweeps across the area bringing another bout of showers and thunderstorms Saturday night and Sunday. Dry weather returns early next week.

Local Meetings
Macon Media streamed two local meetings to YouTube yesterday. Copies are embedded below. The video of the library board meeting is a partial one because Macon Media had to leave that meeting in order to cover the county commissioner meeting.
Edited versions will be published later this week. Some segments of the county commissioner's meeting will have additional documentation published with them in the public interest.
