GENERAL OUTLOOK
Cold and dry high pressure controls our weather for much of the week bringing the risk of frost and freeze to the mountains, foothills, and portions of the Piedmont in mid week. As this high pressure moves off the East Coast at the end of the week, a southerly flow of air develops, resulting in a slow warming trend over the weekend.
