The Capitol Steps Coming to Asheville August 15th


The highly regarded entertainment group, the Capitol Steps, will perform Friday, August 15 at 7:00 p.m. at the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium in downtown Asheville.

Educator/Student Thank-you Discount
Tickets at the special educator/student discount price of $20 (+ $1 facility fee) are available only at the Civic Center Box Office. The Asheville Civic Center Box Office is located in in the lobby of the facility (87 Haywood Road) and is open for purchasing tickets weekdays 10:00 AM - 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM - 1 PM and two hours prior to the event. You must present your valid educator ID or student ID to receive the discount price.
Regular Admission
Regular-admission tickets ($35 + $1 facility fee) may be purchased at the Civic Center Box Office.
Patron Reception
Patron Tickets ($60 + $1 facility fee) include a wine and cheese reception with the Capitol Steps cast following the show, and may be purchased at the Civic Center Box Office.

Commentary

I first discovered the Capitol Steps on NPR on the 80's, and looked forward to the four annual appearances a year, once a quater...Christmas, Easter, Independence Day and Halloween. It has been quite some time since I have heard them. It's too bad I can't go see them.
