OUTLOOK

The next storm system will quickly move across the region overnight Tuesday night through early Wednesday afternoon and is expected to bring wintry precipitation mainly to western North Carolina. Light accumulations are possible. Cold and dry high pressure will return for the remainder of the week with the next weak system expected by Sunday.
