Low pressure forming over Texas Friday night will track across our region Saturday night and Sunday. Very cold high pressure settles into our region to start the upcoming week and the overall weather pattern will change to give us a series of cold snaps over the next two or three weeks.

Use caution on your commute morning. Allow extra travel time to reach your destination, reduce your speed, and allow extra stopping distance. Use low beam headlights and fog lamps if you encounter dense fog.
