Subject: DRILL UPDATE - THE EMERGENCY IS OVER

THIS IS A DRILL
The emergency is over. The shooter has been neutralized. The Village area has been quarantined and Norton Road remains closed. No one will be allowed to enter the quarantined zone until further notice. People with vehicles or other property in the quarantined zone may not retrieve it until the investigation is completed and they are notified. Persons are free to leave the campus.

THIS IS A DRILL

I have spent the last three hours visiting various locations where equipment and personnel have been staged. There will be more later. The presser with the Chancellor will begin in about ten minutes.
