Henry Horton Picks up Litter on Main Street

Henry Horton is picking up litter in the Main Street area today. He spoke about the litter problem in Franklin at the June 2019 Franklin Town Council meeting and relayed that he can fill a bag full of litter in no time at all while walking along the streets in town.
