It was called Western World Politics and it was a wonderful source of information for understanding the far left. I am going to be reprinting several articles from that blog over the source of the next few months in order to preserve the information where it can be readily found. Revolutionary Defeatism; the key to understanding the far left

Ever wondered why the far left supports mass immigration, despite the fact that demographic change is a proven recipe for anarchy and civil war? (link) Ever wondered why the far left supports gay militancy, despite the fact every society in history has recognised that the heterosexual nuclear family is the basic building block of stable societies? (link) Ever wondered why far leftists support criminals human rights and a "softly softly" approach to fighting crime, despite the fact that any society that can no longer protect itself from criminals is anarchic and chaotic? (link) Why is it leftists so energetically support the notion of "separation of church and state" and other policies aimed at secularising a nation, despite the fact religious beliefs provide an moral and societal stability? (link)

Well, in order to understand all of this, one must understand the little known, but extremely important Marxist belief in "Revolutionary defeatism". Put simply, it states that anything which causes instability and/or will one day lead to societal implosion and chaos must be supported by Marxists. The reason is, Marxists hold western society is hopelessly "fascist" and "capitalist" and therefore has to be totally annihilated, even if it is a gradual process rather than an instant one. In other words, Marxists are waging asymmetric warfare on the traditional West. They support "progressive causes" not because they believe in them; they simply support them because deep down they know full well that these causes will harm the stability of the west and contribute towards its eventual implosion. In other words, leftists don't support these causes in spite of the fact they harm society, but support them because they harm society! The only thing left to do, is to wrap up the cause in flowery language like "social justice", so as to disguise their true reasons for supporting it, and to stop the lemmings from seeing what is really happening.

Reform vs Revolution

It is said that people who want to change society can be divided into one of two camps; they are either reformers or revolutionaries. To illustrate the difference, lets use an analogy; lets say there is a house we want to change. The reformer will advocate buying new furniture, changing the carpets, re-wallpapering, maybe adding an extension to the side of the house, fitting central heating etc. In other words, whilst society is essentially ok, it does need some changes of various types to restore it to maximum strength and potential.

Revolutionaries however, are different. They advocate completely demolishing the house, tearing up the foundations and building a new house completely from scratch in its place. They regard the house as being totally against what they wish to build, so they set about trying to tear it down aggressively, clearing the way to build a new house on the site of the rubble of the old. Marxists and other leftists definitely fall into this latter category.

Leftist doctrine states that white, Western, capitalist society is so intrinsically evil and corrupt, that nothing short of its total, compete and final annihilation will do. As one American writer noted, in the past Marxists used to dedicate almost as much time discussing what they would build in its place, whereas now, modern leftists are concerned simply with tearing it down, confident that a society will be built in its place which is "inevitably" better.

False Consciousness and Useful Idiots

Two concepts are important to understand when discussing revolutionary defeatism, these being "false consciousness" and "useful idiots".

An excellent example of false consciousness is Islamic fundamentalism. Leftists hold that Muslims really want to overthrow capitalism and live in a classless utopia, but their religion stops them from seeing that (opium of the masses and all that). Eventually, leftists believe that Muslims will be secularised and made into good classless utopianites. However in the mean time, they are useful shock troops against the West leftists so hate; as early as 1920, the USSR was training Muslim terrorists at training camps in Uzbekistan to attack the West. Another example of false consciousness is black nationalism. Again, Marxists hold what black nationalists really want is to overthrow capitalism and live in a classless utopia, but their dedication to their racial group interests prevents them from seeing this. Leftists hold they too will one day become classless, raceless utopianites, but in the meantime, they too are useful shock troops; this explains the USSR's support for the "Uhuru" uprisings in Africa throughout the C20th (link).

However, the examples above were examples of leftists using proxy armies to attack other people in other countries whom the leftist were opposed too. In the C21st, the proxies are being used to help tear down the societies in which the leftists are currently living! This usually takes the form of "championing" the causes of the aforementioned groups; Marxists were heavily involved in the so called "Civil Rights" movement, which was aimed not at racial equality, but at harming the stability of society. As Cohen articulated, Marxists were championing black causes because they would inevitably lead to societal breakdown, as different racial groups were pitted against each other (link).

Marxists are also heavily involved in promoting and sustaining the high levels of third world immigration into the West, which threatens to balkanise and disintegrate the West in the long run. When Enoch Powell said the West was "...building up the funeral pyre of its own destruction" he probably had no idea how accurately he was describing the leftist plans. Leftists who started mass immigration like Clement Attlee and Lyndon Johnson, and modern leftists like the various anti-deportation "charities" who are promoting the continuation of this flow, did/do so because they know it will eventually lead to societal disintegration. When leftists promote "hate crime" laws that give special protection to minority interest groups, they do so because they both know and hope it will further nudge society towards implosion and conflict. When they angrily protest that "X MUST STAY" in a deportation hearing, they are doing so because they hope and know it will push society towards implosion. They do not care about the person concerned, they simply wish to use them as another log on the funeral pyre on which they will burn the West to ashes before they rebuild it in their sick, far left image.

It is extra ordinary to think leftists can be so ruthless and cold beneath the public mask of caring about "human rights", "social justice" and "equality". They do not care about these causes, much less believe in them. They are however, excellent buzz words which to attract allies, and in particular, well meaning but hopelessly misled idealists who are "useful idiots" as Lenin once called them. The definition of a useful idiot is a person or group who support the far left despite the fact they apparently have good reason not too. For example, a Christian minister who supports the far lefts push for "social justice", despite the fact the far left hates religion. Another example is the group "Journey of Hope" (link), an organisation for people who have lost loved ones to criminal violence, and thereforeshould know better than anyone else the cost of softly softly leftist approaches to crime; yet they say that victims/victims families should show "forgiveness" and "understanding" towards the killers/rapists of their loved ones. The phrase useful idiots could have been invented for these people!

"By any means necessary"...

Anything which harms the stability of the current Western civilization is seen by leftists as a good thing, as it will help smash down the West and clear the ground for the re-building of society in the far lefts image. And I do mean anything. Indeed, the phrase "By any means necessary" is a common motto of far left groups, first attributed to the Marxist inspired leaders of the so called "Civil Rights" movement (link), and even today, it features prominently in many leftist writings, slogans and posters (link). The reason this section gets a separate, if small sub-section, is because its critical to understand leftists will and do support any cause that is ultimately harmful to societal stability, indeed, a good measure of whether or not a cause is harmful to the West is to see if leftists are supporting it. If so, you can rest assured its ultimately harmful to us. It does not have to be immediately harmful, just as long as it is ultimatelyharmful. Smoking twenty cigarettes in a day may not kill you immediately that day, but in twenty years time.....

Conclusion

We have seen that leftists support a number of "progressive causes", not because they believe in them, but because they know deep down they are causes which will ultimately destabilise the west and cause its implosion. Leftists dress these causes up in flowery names to attract allies and useful idiots, and also to camouflage their true intentions so as not to alarm the average man in the street as to their true end goal.

These causes are slow acting, but rest assured they are corrosive and will cause the implosion of the West if something is not done to stop it. An American writer once remarked that leftists cultural subversion could be compared to waves hitting a cliff, on which was seated a house, the house representing our society. Each individual wave may be small, but it chips away at the cliff face, eroding it slowly and surely until the cliff finally collapses and the house falls into the sea to be destroyed. Leftists have become masters of gradualism, destroying the West through small steps and various causes. Leftists know this, which is why they have changed tactics, from preaching taking the society in a single violent coup e'tat as they did in 1917, to helping a society become rotten so it withers and falls into the lap of leftists. Lenin himself once used such an analogy to describe how successful gradualism could be.

We have two options; option one is we will expose the lies and true motivation of leftists support for certain causes. This will awaken our people to roll back the damage they have done to our culture and secure our future. Leftists cloak their intentions in colourful altruistic sounding language because they truly fear being exposed for what they are; shameless opportunists, using every trick in the book to try and destroy the West. Or option two, we will shrug our shoulders at leftist cultural subversion, waiting for someone else to stop it, until we fall into the foaming sea beneath the cliff face, with anything but a guarantee that we will ever climb out again.

The Chinese have a saying; when you hunt tigers, learn about tigers, learn about their habitat, their diet, their habits and their tactics. If you do not fully know about the tiger, you are not hunting tigers, you are just walking in the woods. A Western equivalent phrase is "Know your enemy". I know mine, how they think, how they operate and what their end goal is, and the tactics they will use to try and silence and stop me. Do you? In order to defeat the far left, we need to know him, and without a grasp of the concept of revolutionary defeatism, we do not truly know our enemy; we are just walking in the woods....

Wordsmith Leslee Kulba has eloquently expressed her frustrations with the "know-nothings" who have been scared into "knowing" that their land and water is contaminated by CTS. I share that frustration.

Scientists with the EPA explained that they were trying to maximize test readings in order to score the 28.5 points required to get federal superfunds. They’ve been trying for years, and they keep falling short. They tested where they knew chemical drums had been stored, and they tried to test as the winds blew favorably. They are even considering gerrymandering the site to maximize densities for readings.

A number of persons in the area have contracted cancer and/or died. No benchmarks were provided to the public to define normal death rates and normal incidences of cancer for other areas. The scientists said, rightly, that correlation did not constitute causation, but they would need to determine the types of cancers the residue chemicals and their byproducts produced.

MacQueen offered to produce petition signatures, reminiscent of sarcastic barbs about polls replacing fact. It was as if a couple more signatures could raise the ppm readings over the threshold. In a democracy, if one expert detects a fatal flaw overlooked by seven novices, he’s simply outvoted.

Commentary

I have noticed that a disturbing number of Conservatives seem to be caught up in this environmental hysteria...either through ignorance or for profit. Either way, it is a shame and plays right into the hands of Revolutionary Defeatism, and helps speed our way to the destruction of our society.

This paper ballot in Minnesota is being challenged by Al Franken. No, not in a Saturday Night Live comedy skit. For real.

With a touch-screen system, you either touch the candidate's name or not. There is none of this asinine quibbling over intent, hanging chads, or finding 32 ballots (all suspiciously marked for the candidate who is behind, mind you) in a car.

If a touchscreen is good enough for an ATM or the self-checkout line in grocery stores...why is it not good enough for voting?

After Gay Marriage, Polygamy?

One of the arguments on the right against Gay Marriage is that it is the stepping stone, or slippery slope to other forms of marriage...like polygamy, bestial marriages (called by them "interspecies marriage", group marriages, and worse (believe...there is worse).

Well, the progressive Democrats at DU (Democrat Undergound) have shown their hand in this thread about polygamous marriage.

I have preserved a few "pearls of wisdom" they use to support their cause:

There you have it. Just one more piece of evidence of the Gay Agenda...the destruction of marriage as a religiously sanctioned union of one man and one woman for the continuation of the species, and the core of the family unit.

What consenting adults do in their own homes is none of my business. They already have civil unions if they want it, and with a little forethought (if their goals were as stated) a Power of Attorney gives them the right to visit and conduct business in lieu of a sick 'partner'.

One wonders if, or when, these lefties will bring up the issue of a contract or term marriage as one of their "rights" they wish to win for their fellow man, women or beast.

And I also point out to you that the destruction of the traditional one man, one woman marriage would go a long way toward the destruction of western civilization that would allow lefties to build their utopian civilization. The philiosphy is called Revolutionary Defeatism. Read the article I link to, it will go a long way toward helping you understand the far left, and their evil plans for our civilization.

Our war with them is every bit as important as our war with Islamism.

The Collapsing Infrastructure of Africa

Over half a century of poor maintenance and neglect, the power grid of the Central African Republic has collapsed. The capital has gone dark. Two nearby hydroelectric power stations, which provide most of the nation's electricity, have failed from years of neglect. The government is calling on foreign aid donors to fly in generators for hospitals and other essential services. Generators that have been brought in previously have not been maintained, and wear out quickly. This is not an exceptional event, for colonial era infrastructure, from roads to power plants, are collapsing from decades of post-independence neglect. This causes more unrest, as factions battle for a dwindling supply of resources.

It is said that a high technology infrastructure is impossible to maintain when the average IQ of a population is below 85 (in the absence of a significant market dominant minority). The average IQ of SubSaharan Africa consistently measures close to 70, or 75 at most. IQ is not enough, of course. In China, where corruption is rampant, infrastructure collapse can happen too. In Detroit, where city government corruption is a way of life, maintaining the infrastructure is a daily battle.

But if you have both low IQ and corruption--with no market dominant minority--forget about it. It is not going to happen. Build as much as you want, it will surely crumble without maintenance.

Commentary

This is a disaster that has been in the making for decades. A big part of it is that it is politically suicidal to even identify the problem given the politically motivated rhetoric of the leftists in the West. To them, there can exist no differences among men as a result of their poor choices, and that of their forbearers. There is also the need of the left to have people dependent on the government...and a ready source of people who can be convinced that the evils of the world are the responsibility of those who are successful...and they destroy the very means of their future success.

Sure, we should send aid to Africa. There is something far more powerful that we can give Africa...if they (and the lefty handmaidens of this disaster) will work to accept it.

Al Fin is correct in identifying education as the key to the rebirth of Africa. And not the kind of public education our children receive that is drenched in political rhetoric. Africa needs reading, writing, arithmetic, logic, and the hard sciences.

The world would be a better place with a free and independent Africa, one that is full of bright people. People who know how things work, how to keep them working, and even design and build new things...material and non-material.

That future is blocked by the Cult of The Big Man in Africa, and those lefties who enable them to remain in power...and live as parasites on our goodwill, and the suffering of Africans.

Rooting Out al-Qaeda, Iraqi Politics, and Socialists

As al Qaeda in Iraq is targeted in the northern city of Mosul, pressure continues to be applied to the terror network nationwide. US and Iraqi security forces have killed or captured 26 senior leaders of al Qaeda in Iraq's terror network over the past several weeks, Major General Kevin Bergner, the spokesman for Multinational Forces Iraq said in a briefing in Baghdad on March 5. Many of those killed or captured have come from the northern regions, where al Qaeda is struggling to reestablish its network during a joint US and Iraqi military onslaught.

Eight of those killed were emirs, or leaders responsible for "a geographic or functional area," five were cell leaders, and 13 were facilitators "involved in supporting the network of foreign terrorists, organizing the movement and security of senior leaders of the terrorist cells, or the making and use of improvised explosives and suicide vests," Bergner said.

Bergner identified 11 of those killed or captured by name. The list highlights how al Qaeda's operations have shifted from Anbar and Baghdad provinces to the northern provinces of Diyala, Salahadin and Ninewa. Of those al Qaeda leaders identified, five operated in Mosul, two in Tikrit, one in Sharqat, and one in Baqubah, all in the north. Only two of those identified as killed or captured came from Baghdad.

Unified Retirement Law, Accountability and Justice Law,
and General Amnesty Law

These three laws specifically have the potential to advance stability and reconciliation. They are designed to clarify pension rules for Iraqis in need of economic support, reintegrate some former members of Saddam Hussein’s Baath Party into government employment, and release primarily Sunni Arab detainees accused of insurgency but held without trial or conviction.

The Coalition Provisional Authority’s 2003 decision to purge more than 1 million former Baathists from government and deny them retirement benefits created strong political and economic incentives for rebellion among those disenfranchised. What followed was the rise of a predominantly Sunni nationalist insurgency that presaged al Qaeda infiltration of Iraq and the resulting sectarian conflict. Taken together, the Unified Retirement Law and the Accountability and Justice Law remove some of the negative incentives by expanding the number of former Baathists who can re-enter public service or receive retirement pay from the government, though concerns remain about certain aspects of the latter law and its eventual implementation.

The 275-member Council of Representatives, Iraq’s parliament, passed the Unified Retirement Law by a 106-39 vote on Oct. 4, 2007, barely exceeding the minimum attendance of 138 required for quorum. The law grants retired civil servants pensions equal to 80 percent of their salaries and, significant for reconciliation, also provides pensions to members of the former Iraqi Army, many of whom had been involved in the insurgency. The law removes eligibility distinctions between those who retired before or after the fall of the regime of Saddam Hussein.

“It’s removing discrimination based on social status or political affiliation,” said Phil Reeker, Counselor for Public Affairs at the American Embassy in Baghdad.

The Unified Retirement Law paved the way for parliament’s Jan. 12 passage of the Accountability and Justice Law, also known as “de-Baathification reform.” This law reforms the previously sweeping terms of removal of former Baathists from government service, and was passed unanimously by the 143 members of parliament who were present, though several major voting blocs rejected it via abstention. The law features some terms favorable to Sunni reconciliation, including reinstatement of the jobs or pensions of those who were in the bottom six levels of the Baath Party’s 10 ranks, a clarification of pension rules, and a new appeals mechanism. But other facets of the law are considered potentially unfavorable to reconciliation and are strongly opposed by Sunni representatives. Those controversial aspects include the law’s maintenance of a committee that scrutinizes the rehiring of former Baathists and the extension of de-Baathification purges to new areas of government, including Iraq’s judiciary.

So, the anti-American war protester I discussed in a previous post is just part of the 5th and 6th columns in America fighting against our victory in Iraq. The real agenda with these protesters is Revolutionary Defeatism [1] [2], where there goal is the destruction of America, and western civilization, in order to pave the way for a Socialist Civilization.

We conservatives should be about studying the enemy, both foreign and, in this case, domestic...they are every bit as dangerous (if not more):

Media and Congressional Assistance to the Jihad

The News Media, and the Left (But I Repeat Myself !), have been seeking ways to undermine the war effort against the jihadis since it began. They are continuing their tradition to assist the enemy just like during the Third World War (The Cold War) by many means. They have denied it was a war, they have blamed us, they have attempted to deny funding for the war, they have smeared our troops, and any who support them and their mission.

I have long asserted that Haditha was a hoax, that our soldiers acted bravely. The Media, and Ally in the Jihad Against the West, Congressman Jack Murtha, have told bald-faced lies about our fine soldiers. I have repeatedly called Jihadi Murtha's Office, and asked when he was going to apologize for taking part in operations against our government. I usually get hung up on within a minute or so.

Now, a movie is going to be released from an Artsy Lefty about Haditha:

No surprise who the villain will be: Marines. He told Time Out magazine, "Their (Marines') standard operating procedure rules are so f---ing hard-core. If, for example, a house is described as 'hostile,' then you just kill everyone in the house. It doesn't matter if it contains 2-year-olds or the elderly."

Since there's an investigation under way, Broomfield won't use real names. He says he wants to be fair to the Marines; I say he doesn't want to get sued. This true regisseur (regisseur is what you call a director who makes movies that only students attending film school will voluntarily sit through) views a greater cause from his humble masterpiece. A bigger picture, if you will.

"I think there have been lots of Hadithas, and there are lots of Hadithas every year."

The screen goes black, violins play and the credits roll.

But this is where reality and entertainment part ways because there are so many details that would ruin the good vs. evil plot. Broomfield probably won't tell you the previously mentioned "young journalism student" was actually a 46-year-old founder of a new "human rights group" that only had one other member. Or that the video of the "massacre" was handed over to the press four months after it was shot.

A high-drama film may not want to mention that the Time Out magazine writer, Tim McGirk, refused to testify during the Marines' hearing, possibly because his testimony under oath could make him and his publication liable for legal action. Former Marine and Rep. John Murtha himself will have to answer directly to a judge for his public comments.

"They actually went into the houses and killed women and children," the Pennsylvania congressman said. Murtha has yet to acknowledge that the majority of Marines have already been cleared of any wrongdoing.

Just to show how committed the director is to accuracy, Broomfield will shoot "The Battle for Haditha" in neighboring Jordan.

"We didn't go to Haditha itself; it was too dangerous," he explained.

Of course, the danger will not come from the Marines Broomfield will smear in his film, but more likely from the type of people who got shot during the alleged "massacre," or as Broomfield calls them, the heroes of the story.

"I'm sure it happens on a lesser scale every single day," Broomfield told a journalist. The British director may already see himself clutching an Oscar for best foreign film, even if only a handful of theaters show his work.

Surprisingly, the people of Haditha remember a different massacre than the man who has never actually visited the city. In 2005, terrorists assaulted a police station, led 20 police officers to a soccer field, placed them on their knees and shot each one in the back of the head.

Witnesses said the executioners removed the heads from the bodies and then kicked them around like soccer balls. The public killing of the officers were just the tip of the iceberg. Terrorists had previously killed the mayor, his son, a police chief and three members of his family. The script for this Haditha massacre will never be written, because for the artists who have a point to prove about truth and justice, fantasy is a lot more entertaining.

That is just one of the many examples of a Media ready, willing, and able to assist the jihadis in their Jihad Against the West. CNN will blur photos of a cartoon for fear of provoking typical Muslim rage, and their machinations to expose the hiding place of an artist to their ally jihadis:

The blurred-out drawing shown above is the one that first appeared in print in Sweden, in the newspaper Nerikes Allehanda. You can see the full image at right in situ, which we have here thanks to the quick thinking of Carpenter, who scanned it and sent it to us on August 22nd, the day it hit the newsstands.

But this wasn’t the first Modoggie to appear; there were plenty before the one printed by Nerikes Allehanda. This one was #6 of the drawings I collected, and I didn’t borrow all of them. As I predicted, the trouble didn’t start until a Modoggie found its way into the MSM. Ever since then that particular one, #6, has continued to be the focus of Islamic outrage and the attention of the Western media.

I can’t improve on the conclusion that Allahpundit draws from this whole affair:

See what’s going on here? After the disgraceful western media blackout of the Danish cartoons, CNN obviously felt it had to make some gesture towards showing the viewers the offending work. But not only didn’t they have the balls to show the offending part, they were sufficiently worried about being accused of, ahem, “Islamophobia” for the part that they did show that they went ahead and put up the drawing of Christ — which has nothing to do with the threat to Vilks — just to prove that they’re equal opportunity offenders.


So they blur out a Rondellhund drawing, but they prominently display the name of the town that Lars Vilks is “hiding” in. Three cheers for journalistic integrity!

There are so many examples in the blogosphere of MAJ, or Media Assistance to the Jihad, that I have included an entire section in today's West Carolina Report along with my usual twin focus on Foreign Jihad and Domestic Jihad. I usually include American Media efforts in the jihad in the Domestic Jihad category, and Foreign Media (BBC. al Jazeera, al-Reuters) in the Foreign Jihad Category.

I suspect I will soon have to include a category enititled Congressional Assistance to the Jihad, or for a shorter ( and more appropriate) title, The Mujahadeen of Murtha. I could use a photo of a hijab-wearing Pelosi sandwiched between the Islamic Rage Boy and an Enraged Murtha...all shouting "Allahu-Ackbar!"

Never forget that the Left (including the Media) wants us to lose this war very badly, and will tell any lie, over report set backs, or ignore good news in order to get that accomplished. Part of their strategy includes attacking those with big enough megaphones (Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh, Michelle Malkin, LGF, David Horowitz, etc) that are working to expose their lies.

This is part of the reason I have re-arranged my life so that I go to bed around 8pn and wake up between 2am and 3am nearly every morning: to seek out and report on news that the Media wish to suppress, to report on what they are twisting, to find links to others who are doing a far better job at it than I ever could. I post those links as headlines Drudge-style at West Carolina Report, and expand on some here at Thunder Pig when appropriate. I subscribe to over a thousand blogs, and nearly 400 news sources in various online readers in an effort to do an end-run around my molasses-speed dial-up, and in an attempt to stand at the firehose of data...trying to spoon out relevant data ignored or discarded by the Lefty Media-types.

I hope the events unfolding in Venezuela has been an awakening for people on how the Hard-Core Lefties think, and the cognitive dissonance they bathe in will lead to the horrors of tyranny every single time it is tried!

Hugo Chavez, who has been given dictatorial powers "only during the current emergency", and an extended term in office, has assumed the worship of the American Communists once only occupied by El Presidente Fidel Castro. And, like him, he will continue to find ways to remain in power far beyond his current term expires. Sort of like Darth Vader for earthlings without the twisted false messiah ending in Episode VI of Star Wars.

The Kids at Daily KKKos support and rationalize the gutting of Free Speech in Venezuela, and I promise you, they wish they could do the same thing here in America to Fox News (a breeding ground for the hated RINOS), Conservative Talk, and the Conservative Blogosphere via "Net Neutrality.'

The government ridiculed the notion and said it was exercising its legal right not to renew the concession of a channel which had "polluted" the airwaves with anti-democratic coup-mongering as well as sleazy soap operas.

Most especially on the sleaze. The left have been coup-mongering, and the Democratic Duo of Pelosi & Reid backed off once they realized Americans will not stand for it. (80 million gun owners would soon correct that mistake!)

It was good while it lasted. Too bad it's over.

Every great country must come to an end. In man's history, the average age of a great civilization is about 200 years. America made it a bit longer, but now it's time has come as well.

Now I don't mean to say that overnight the place will suddenly cease to exist. However, the America that was created over 200 years ago is completely gone now. It's been on a decline for some time, and this really is it. I remember well the celebrations of 1976 (though I was quite young) -- and I would be willing to be there will be no celebration in 2076. The country has died.

I do not write this lightly, nor without great thought. I do not write this with joy or sarcasm. I write this, fervently believing that it is true, despite the rejections and declarations of many.

There were brief rays of hope that paused the decline of freedom and liberty. Ronald Reagan, from 1980-1988 worked hard and tirelessly to stop oppression and really gave hope to a lot of people. He renewed faith in America and in it's people. But that was just an upward blip on the steady decline of the country. Under the leadership of Newt Gingrich, there was another upward tick for just a short time in 1994. This blip was smaller than the 80s, and shorter. But with the passage of global amnesty, the decline is complete. There is no hope for America.

Now I'm not saying I'm hopeless. I'm not feeling personally bad. But there is no hope for America today. America was built on a strong Christian work ethic. America was a great country once. It was built on rugged individualism -- people worked hard and knew hard work would be rewarded. America was truly a shining light on a hill -- a beacon of freedom around the world. America defeated Communism. America defeated Hitler and Nazi Germany when they wanted to rule the world. America had a real identity, and the whole world knew it. But that is to be no more.

My personal realization that we had lost our Republic was the lack of response to the murder of dozens of Americans at Waco [by the citizenry en masse and the other branches of government]. That was when I began digging caches. Our underwhelming response to 9/11 was another alarm. Amnesty for law-breaking Alien Invaders is just another increase in the volume of the alarm.

Connections: Communists and Illegal Alien Rallies

Across the U.S., spirited and determined demonstrations of hundreds of thousands of workers took place on May Day, international day of the working class. In L.A., Chicago and New York City, in Miami and Boston, in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, in Denver, Phoenix, Seattle and Portland, in Detroit, Minneapolis, and many many more cities and towns, working people stood as one to demand their rights. Everywhere the stand that An Injury to One is an Injury to All could be seen. The actions denounced deportations, detentions and the brutal separation of families. They stood against racism and war, against profiling and the terrorism of the government. Many women with children and youth joined in, rejecting the demand that youth join the military and demanding education and healthcare. Broad opposition to criminalization, not only of undocumented workers, but of the youth in their high schools, farmers in the fields, factory workers contending with raids and attacks on their unions, could be seen. United, all together, protesters said We Defend the Rights of All!

In New York City, immigrant workers from many countries poured into the streets with their flags and signs. Whether Polish or Peruvian, Haitian or Filipino, Pakistani or El Salvadoran, Chinese or Irish, together they stood against government impunity. They opposed the many attacks on their rights in the U.S. and also opposed U.S. interference and aggression in their home countries. Numerous community and immigrant rights organizations also made their presence known, as did the many anti-war activists who joined the actions. Participants reflected the broad spirit that through building resistance, the peoples will win, chanting Si Se Puede! It Can Be Done! Nowhere did government efforts to silence or intimidate the peoples prevail.

The use of the word "worker" when talking about "people" is a clue that Communists are in the house. Like our modern Democrat (ic!) Party, Communists do not see people as indivivuals, only as part of a group, an ingredient, if you will, that is necessary to bring about a utopiafor "the working class" or "the working man."

They do not see them as individuals, working their way through life, sometimes with a lot of success, sometimes, not so much. The key here is that Capitalism acknoledges merit, worth, and accomplishment by individuals, who are responsible for their success, or lack of it in the Free Market.

If I do good work, I am rewarded with good pay. If my employer does not acknowledge that to my satisfaction, I can seek better wages elsewhere. Over time, if I have saved more than I bring in, I can start my own business and make even more money, and employ people, and add to the communities where I live, and my employees live.

Most Americans are, at some level, privy to this game played by the left, and their bed-partners, the Communists. Illegal Aliens, for the most part, are not. In order for the left, and Communists, to maintain the hope of taking over and doing away with Capitalism is the creation and maintenance of a Peasant Class. A group of people who will let others do their political thinking for them, and show up en masse when required. Many of them are showing up at the polls as well. It is my belief that major vote fraud is taking place, and I may have something to report on that during the next election, if my plans go well.

You may laugh when I say they mean to take over not only the USA, but the entire world as well, just like the Islamic Imperialists. Right now, while both are relatively weak militarily, they will work together [NY Sun] [LGF] [Al-Ahram] to improve their position until they can take us down, then they aim to eliminate the other.

And here is the last paragraph of that report:

Worldwide the same determined spirit was evident. Throughout the Americas, in Africa, Asia and Europe, workers and oppressed peoples stood as one to say, We Are One Humanity Fighting for Another World!

Fighting for Another World? Would that be the World of Communism, perhaps?

Have the Dimocrats Gone Mad, or Just Posturing?

A recent poll seems to indicate that 60% of Democrats believe that President George W. Bush had more to do with 9/11 than Saddam 'The Butcher of Baghdad' Hussein!!!

This is an alien concept to me, and I am a heavy consumer of science fiction going back to the early 70's. I have read some very weird stuff. This beats all that with a stick.

I have a firm grasp on reality. I am beginning to believe in the concept of mass hysteria, a type of insanity that spreads just by hearing about it. A Vocal Virus. Eating away at your brain, until you become a pod person...blindly following the vomitus that passes for discourse. No wonder so many people I know are buying weapons, and burying them in the ground. Buying survival supplies, and training for guerrilla war. I admit to having made some preparations myself. But for me, it was a mostly harmless hobby, keeping my warfighting skills honed.

This latest story makes me realize that another American Civil War may be in the offing, and that is tragic. What happened to Critical Thinking Skills? Have I gone mad as well?
