The Franklin Town Planning Board met on April 17, 2017 for their regular April meeting and the main topic of discussion was a proposed River District in town along the Little Tennessee River.
Justin Setser, the Town Planner, presented maps to the members of the board and a discussion took place. Video of the meeting is posted below, along with supporting documents that allow you to see where the proposed district is located.
