LOCAL OUTLOOK
Warm and dry conditions are expected through the weekend as deep layer ridging dominates. This pattern looks to hold through the start of the new work week, however with the upper ridge gradually weakening each day. With that, precipitation chances will improve as well favoring afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Chances for showers and thunderstorms improve further on Thursday and Friday as a cold front moves into the region.
