A Whoville Christmas in Franklin

A boy had an idea to get people in his town to come together on Christmas Eve to be together and to sing Christmas Carols like at the end of the "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" movie.

This is a video of what happened when people listened to him.

Macon Media would like to thank Carol Anne Elliot for listening to the boy, Dave Linn for organizing the event, Dave Stewart for performing at the event, Mayor Bob Scott for the use of the public square, Maddi Hatch for playing the Grinch, WLOS-TV for covering the event, all the wonderful people who came out to give life to the idea of a boy. And, and certainly not least, a big thank you to Daniel Candelario, a student at East Franklin Elementary for having the idea.
