The Franklin Town Board of Aldermen met Monday, February 20, 2017 for their annual retreat to discuss topics and items board members wanted to focus on in the coming year. A video of the meeting, minus the first 30 seconds or so, and supporting documents are posted below. A couple of maps and a document need to be digitized and will be added in the next couple of days.
