Apple Grafting Class will be held at the Macon County Environmental Resource Center on March 16th

The Macon County Center of NC Cooperative Extension will hold a grafting workshop on Tuesday, March 16. The class will held at the Macon County Environmental Resource Center Starting at 9 AM. Due to the hands on nature of the class, the number of participants will be limited. The class will learn grafting principles and techniques followed by grafting three apple rootstocks with available varieties. Each participant will leave with three grafted apples and the ability to graft apples and other plants. Pre-registration is required. A materials fee of $10.00 is due at registration.
