Outlook

Cool and dry high pressure will move over the region from the Great Lakes today and weakens as it moves over the Atlantic to start next week. Low pressure is forecast to track across our area early in the week then dry high-pressure returns for Wednesday.

Weather Hazards

Hazardous weather is not expected today. The wind could be a little gusty at times and there is the slight possibility of scattered power outages. Also, any outdoor fires that are not within well-defined boundaries could spread a little, so be a little extra careful if you plan on burning off debris or brush piles today.
