NC-11 U.S. House candidate holds a townhall in Macon County

Katie Dean is running for Congress in North Carolina’s 11th District. Katie is holding a Townhall on Thursday, July 15, 6pm – 7pm at the Big Bear Shelter [E. Main St. and Little Tennessee River].
Katie is running a working-class campaign for a working-class district. She is focused on economic issues to expand middle-class America and stand up for the hard-working folks in all 17 counties of NC11.
Katie and her husband own a successful auto repair business. They have seen firsthand how difficult it has become to survive a broken economy, especially when accessing affordable healthcare. Katie earned a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Georgia. She went straight to work in infrastructure design for rural municipalities and has extensive experience in environmental remediation and compliance. Katie will deliver actual results for broadband access, navigate the red tape, and bring efficiency to how we spend taxpayer dollars. She will bring authentic and genuine representation to our community.
